Ellen Bronfman Hauptman

Ellen Bronfman Hauptman is Co-Chairman of Andell Holdings, a private investment company and family office with global business and investment interests, which she controls with her husband, Andrew Hauptman. Mrs. Hauptman is also involved in numerous philanthropic pursuits including the oversight of The Hauptman Family Foundation and the Zoe Saidye Hauptman Memorial Fund and is a Co-Founder and Board Member of City Year Los Angeles, a program that engages 17-24-year-olds from diverse backgrounds for a year of full-time community service. She has previously worked in the documentary and feature film world in a producing capacity and as a film buyer for Cineplex Odeon, a North American-based theatrical exhibitor. Mrs. Hauptman is a graduate of Yale University.

Andrew Hauptman

Andrew Hauptman is the Chairman of Andell Holdings, a private investment firm and family office with global business and investment interests. Mr. Hauptman has oversight of the firm’s investment, operating and sports and entertainment businesses. He is owner and Chairman of Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire and serves on the league’s Board of Governors. Mr. Hauptman is on the Board of Directors of several privately held and publicly traded companies including Storage Mobility, the nation's largest franchisee of Portable On Demand Storage (PODS) and leading health and wellness company Canyon Ranch Holdings. Mr. Hauptman is dedicated to various philanthropic and civic service efforts; he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Zoe Saidye Hauptman Memorial Fund, The Hauptman Family Foundation and he is Chairman and Co-Founder of City Year Los Angeles, serving as a Trustee on City Year’s national Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Hauptman produces feature films through his production company Andell Entertainment. His film credits include State of Play, Safe Men, Millions, and Lions for Lambs. He has served as an executive with Universal Studios in London, playing a key role in the oversight of its international operations of the music and filmed entertainment groups. Early in his career, Mr. Hauptman worked in restructuring and mergers and acquisitions with Alex. Brown & Sons in New York. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Yale University.

Stephen Bronfman

Stephen R. Bronfman is President and CEO of Claridge Inc., a private holding company formed in Montreal in 1987. Mr. Bronfman attended Williams College and Concordia University where he formed his deep commitment and subsequent involvement with a variety of environmental issues. He joined Claridge Properties Ltd., the real estate arm of Claridge Inc. in 1990. Mr. Bronfman subsequently moved to the investment arm of Claridge, implementing a program focusing on investment opportunities in the sports, entertainment, broadcasting and communications fields. These include: Netstar Communications Inc., one of Canada's leading providers of specialty television channels, with The Sports Network (TSN) Le Réseau des Sports (RDS) and the Discovery Channel as its brand names; and TNA International Ltd., one of the world's leading live entertainment promotion companies, where he served as Director. In 2001, following the sale of the Seagram Company, Stephen Bronfman spearheaded the creation of Claridge Foods, an initiative to develop a large, high growth food platform composed of premium brands and manufacturing assets focused on natural and allergen-free foods. One of Claridge's most significant food-based investments was the NASDAQ listed SunOpta, a billion dollar, diversified organic ingredients supplier, which it successfully exited in 2007. The Stephen R. Bronfman Foundation was established to carry out philanthropic activities including support for the arts, the environment, youth entrepreneurship and the Jewish community locally and abroad. Mr. Bronfman serves as its chair as well as President of the Samuel and Saidye Bronfman Family Foundation, the family's oldest foundation. He also sits on the board of The Canadian Centre for Architecture and The David Suzuki Foundation.

Claudine Blondin Bronfman

Claudine Blondin Bronfman received her B.A.A. (Administration des Affaires) from L’École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal. She worked for 10 years at Molson Coors Brewing Company, most recently as Strategic Marketing Brand Manager – Quebec Division. Mrs. Bronfman has been involved in several philanthropic pursuits, including The Summit School and the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation. She currently serves as co-chair of GenJ -- an innovative project in Montreal whose mandate is to strengthen the Jewish identity and attachment of future generations -- and is also a co-chair of the Jewish General Hospital’s Ride to Conquer Cancer.
