for Environmental Studies is a unique regional environmental education and research program in the Middle East, preparing future generations of Arab and Jewish leaders to cooperatively solve the region’s environmental challenges with richer and more innovative, peace-building solutions. The Institute’s student body–uniquely comprised of over 750 Jordanians, Palestinians, Israelis, and students from around the world–come together to study, and leave prepared to enable future cooperative work and activism in the Middle East and beyond. He serves as Chairman of the Green Movement, Israel's green party.
